Smoothie cu fructe de padure

Ingrediente:
2 linguri de pudra proteica din orez
2 linguri de seminte de in
1/2 ceasca de fructe de padure
1/2 banana
1 cana de lapte de migdale neindulcit

 

1. Pune toate ingredientele in blender.
