Ceai de menta cu ghimbir

Este un ceai care aduce multe beneficii organismului tau. Bogat in vitamine si antioxidanti, scade colesterolul si ajuta tranzitul intestinal. Consuma minim o cana de ceai de menta cu ghimbir si te vei simti plin de energie intreaga zi.

Ingrediente:
1 pumn de frunze de menta
1/ 2 cana de ghimbir tocat

 

Preparare:
1. Pune menta si ghimbirul intr-un pahar inalt.
2. Adauga apa fierbinte si indulceste-l dupa gust cu miere, sirop de agave sau zahar brun.
3. Optional poti adauga si o felie de lamaie.

Este perfect pentru detoxifiere!
